A two and half months old Indie puppy was rescued by our Founder Mrs. Sudha Chandrasekar from the streets of Mogappair, Chennai after one of our followers had reported about her condition. She was suffering from a deep wound with a hole on her neck and was severely infested with maggots that were eating her up. Hundreds of maggots were removed from her wound and treated for the same.

We left her back in the same place after her wound had completely healed and she is back happily playing with her siblings in her habitat after almost a month
